Nate is the host of the Nate’s Take Podcast.
A former blogger who hosted the leeib blog for nearly five years, Nate is no stranger to taking risks and trying new things; something he promotes often on the podcast. The leeib blog consisted of over six-hundred posts with a focus on life and all things in between. With the blog, Nate was able to raise over five thousand dollars in just over five years to donate to causes such as the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the Make a Wish Foundation, New Life Animal Rescue, the American Red Cross, among others. He was also a participant each year in the Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off which helps to raise money for kids and families fighting the battle against pediatric cancer.
Nate started the Nate’s Take Podcast in November of 2015 out of his love and passion for sports. He is a former sport’s talk radio host and a one-time play-by-play announcer for high school football. He’s also an avid New England Sports fan.
In 2016, Nate expanded his self-created host network, The LEEIB Sports Network to full-time internet radio. The station, also named The LEEIB Sports Network (LSN) streams 24 hours a day/7 days a week at leeibsports.com. The station is also carried by Tune-In Radio. Nate's Take airs weekdays at 12 Noon est. and weekends at 8pm est. The network also carries six other shows which can be heard daily.
Nate has named the Nate’s Take blog after the former leeib blog and will continue his efforts to donate money to various causes in the community through the modified Nathan's Team program. In August of 2016, Nate created the Nate’s Take ‘Card of the Day’ segment which is a segment dedicated to an assortment of sports cards and collectibles that Nate discusses on the show. He then takes the total value from those cards and donates that total to the Make A Wish Foundation of Vermont.
You can listen to the Nate’s Take podcast on LSN, iHeartRadio, Stitcher, iTunes, Tune-In Radio, and Blubrry. On all apple devices you can download the Nate’s Take podcast on the podcast app that comes standard with every device.
