The 50-75-100 HOPE program is the official Nate's Take Breast Cancer Awareness Contribution. It started on Sunday, October 23rd, 2016. Each October, Nate will put the eight NFL division leaders into a hat and he'll draw one team. That teams starting running back will be responsible for getting 50, 75, or 100 yards.
Yards = dollars.
For example: If Nate picks the Patriots and James White runs for 78 yards that day, the Nathan's Team community program will donate $78 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. If he runs for under 50 yards the program will donate $50. If he goes over 100 yards we'll donate $100. The minimum donation is $50 and the max is $100. If Blount runs for over 50 yards but under 75 we will donate $50. If he runs for anything in between 75-100 that amount will be donated.
OCTOBER 2016 50, 75, 100 HOPE CONTRIBUTION
On October 23rd, we donated $81 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation as part of our 50, 75, 100 Hope contribution. To do this, we put eight NFL division leaders in a hat and chose one. The team chosen was Pittsburgh and that meant that their starting running back, Le’Veon Bell was charged with running for a cure. In his game against New England, Bell ran for 81 yards on 21 attempts. As part of our 50, 75, 100 Hope contribution, yards equal dollars, and Bells 81 yards totaled $81 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is the highest rated Breast Cancer organization in the United States with an A+ rating from charity watch and four out of four stars from charity navigator.
