NUTRITION

I am currently on a diet of 1,500 calories a day. My diet is mostly plant based but does incorporate meat and fish. I drink between 2-3 liters of water a day and have a Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Chia Seed, Flaxseed, Hemp seed, Whey Protein, Hemp milk, and mix in and out almond milk, low fat cow milk, walnuts, almond butter, and avocado. Once I reach between 120-125 lbs, I'll increase calories to between 1,900-2,000 calories a day to maintain that weight. Below are some photos of my healthy eats!

TRAINING & RACE DAY PHOTOS

I currently train six days a week with one off day. My training consists of strength work, cross-training, and running at easy to moderate pace either outdoors or on the treadmill. Following race day, I tend to take a few days off to let my body recover. Below are some photos of me on race day and during training.

During each race, I have an ear piece in with a pump up mix that I've created. They're usually extremely unique mixes that include movies, motivational speaking, and of course music to pump me up!
