罗海玻,医学博士,副教授,博士研究生导师。法医物证学教研室主任,澳门尼威斯人网站8311博士党支部书记(2010年-至今)。第十三批四川省学术技术带头人后备人选,第十三批四川省卫生健康委员会学术技术带头人后备人选。

主要从事法医物证学和法医遗传学的相关研究工作,已发表论文60余篇,SCI收录46篇(通讯作者、第一作者16篇)。作为负责人主持科研项目7项,其中国家自然科学基金青年基金项目及面上项目各1项,参加9项。起草行业规范1项,授权发明专利6项。本科教学方面主讲线下本科生课程5门,线上课程4门,作为编者参编教材3本。

研究方向:

主要从事法医物证学和法医遗传学的相关研究工作,研究内容为微生物在法医学中的应用研究、X染色体重组及其法医学应用研究、法医DNA新遗传标记的研究、法医体液斑的鉴定研究和复杂亲缘关系鉴定的探索研究等。所从事的研究工作属于基础结合应用性的研究,有较强的法医学实用价值和应用前景。

Doctoral supervisor of Forensic Genetics

The Seventh Period Medical Genetics Committee Member, Sichuan Medical Association.

Ph.D. Party branch secretory, West China School of Basic Sciences and Forensic Medicine (2010-present).

Prof. Luo is mainly engaged in forensic genetics-related research. He has published more than 60 papers, among 46 papers are recruited by SCI. As a person in charge, he undertakes 7 scientific research projects including 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects. He drafts one piece of industry standard, and owns 4 items authorized invention patents.In terms of undergraduate teaching, he mainly teaches 5 offline undergraduate courses and 4 online courses, and participated in the compilation of 3 textbooks as an editor.

September 1999–June 2004 Sichuan University, major in Forensic Medicine, BS.

July 2004–July 2005 Zhaojue County, Liangshan, Sichuan Province, Volunteer Teachers.

September 2005–June 2010 Sichuan University, major in Forensic Genetics, PhD.

July 2010-present Sichuan University, Teacher, Associate Professor of Forensic Medicine.

Research:

Prof. Luo is mainly engaged in forensic genetics-related research, including the application of microorganisms in forensic medicine, X chromosome recombination and forensic application, the research of new genetic markers of forensic DNA, identification of forensic body fluid spot, and exploration of complex kinship. The research work is a combination of basic and applied research, which has strong forensic practical value and application prospects.
